The location was perfect for us as it was a nice walk to the city centre and close to a park with a beautiful walkway and stunning city views. the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was well-equipped, and the breakfast was plentiful.

The noise from nearby events was a bit disruptive at times.

The hotel's staff was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The rooms were warm and had hot showers, which was much appreciated during our stay in this chilly city. We also enjoyed the free amenities offered, including coca tea and altitude pills upon arrival. The hotel's location was good, with easy access to taxis and only a 25-minute walk to the city's main attractions.

The hotel's noise level was a bit of an issue during football matches taking place nearby. However, it was reassuring to know that this was only temporary and that things became quiet again once the game was over.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. I loved the location, which was not far from both the historical center and the Sopocachi district. It was nice to be a bit outside the busy city center and enjoy a lovely walkway with splendid city views. The staff was excellent and always helpful with everything I needed, from transportation to recommendations. Additionally, the breakfast was great with a good range of options to choose from.

My xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great views of the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even walking me to my taxi each time. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the location was perfect, close to transportation and ATMs.

The noise, especially at night. There were barking dogs and honking cars that made it difficult to sleep.
